Bookkeeper

Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant with hands-on accounting and finance experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in daily accounting operations, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, and audit review. A Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting is a plus, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required, while experience with Sage Intacct is preferred. This is a fully in-office role (5 days per week) for a dynamic and skilled professional who values collaboration and precision. Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting. + Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely financials and data accuracy. + Prepare financial statements and review audit documentation for compliance and accuracy. + Streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement in accounting operations. + Utilize QuickBooks Online (required) and Sage Intacct (preferred) for efficient accounting workflows.
