Harmon, Inc.The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, reducing waste, and improving processes across manufacturing.You will collaborate with leaders across the enterprise and internal to the plants to support Harmon's Continuous Improvement culture and deploy Apogee Management System (AMS) tools designed to enhance problem solving, improve change management, and support data-driven decision making. This position will also support and lead transformational initiatives to build out a standard operating system in Manufacturing in Mesquite, TX.This is an on-site role in Mesquite, TX.
