Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals. Overview The Client Reporting Financial Analyst reports directly to the Client Reporting Finance Manager/Director. This position will partner with the Finance Directors and Client Finance Leads within the Brands of Publicis Communications North America to oversee all financial aspects related to a given client or group of clients Responsibilities u00b7 Work with client finance lead to create accurate revenue forecasts for annual and rolling budgets u00b7 Reconcile Revenue within the general ledger and explain variances in results vs forecasts u00b7 Responsible for mid-month revenue estimates (flash) in order to see where the client(s) is tracking for month end and flagging when there is a significant variance u00b7 Create accurate Burn Reports to compare actual hours vs budget and escalate to Client Finance Lead/Finance Director in order to adjust staffing plans or scope u00b7 Assist in pulling revenue reports and calculation of revenue based on time & materials, percent of completion, etc. u00b7 Reconcile time reports for missing time and errors in coding u00b7 Assist with client profitability reports and metrics u00b7 Ensure job setup is properly completed to reduce system issues u00b7 Prepare and review of unbillable client costs u00b7 Assist with preparation of managerial reports to account and executive teams u00b7 Assist with external and internal audits Qualifications u00b7 Resilient problem solver - Has the foresight to recognize problems with postings/data, can resolve issues efficiently, and knows when to seek guidance from others u00b7 Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing and fast paced work environment u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u00b7 Excellent organizational skills and able to work according to fixed calendar cycles u00b7 Ability to work independently is a must, as well as in team environment u00b7 Dedicated to meeting othersu2019 expectations and requirements u00b7 Ability to manage large data with use of Macros and VBA is an advantage u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Accounting or Finance u00b7 Advanced in Microsoft Excel to streamline and make reports more efficient using functions and formulas, (Vlookups, If, SumIf, Pivot Tables, charts/graphs, etc.) u00b7 1 to 3 years of Client Finance experience preferably within Advertising, Marketing and Communications u00b7 Knowledge in ERP systems, specifically SAP or similar. Compensation Range: $49,305 - 71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
