Responsibilities: u2022 Represent clients in personal injury defense litigation cases with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. u2022 Draft, review, and revise legal motions, briefs, and other court filings. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws. u2022 Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests, responding to inquiries, and analyzing evidence. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. u2022 Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations to advocate on behalf of clients. u2022 Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process. u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents impacting personal injury defense. u2022 Work closely with partners and other team members to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction.
