Studio+ Marketing and Customer Experience - Manager- (Creative Lead) Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Creative Leader to lead the creative vision and execution for one of our largest southern California clients. This role will oversee a global, distributed team driving customer experience, digital experience, and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally adept at inspiring bold creative ideas and rolling up their sleeves to mentor talent and guide execution. This leader will shape and deliver integrated campaigns, creative assets, websites, design systems, and marketing activations spanning social, digital, and customer communications. They will help grow our West Coast marketing practice while ensuring world-class creative delivery tailored to the complexities of a regulated industry. Key Responsibilities: + Creative Leadership: Define and drive the creative vision across campaigns, digital properties, and marketing activations for a major client. + Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a blended global team of designers, writers, digital strategists, and marketing communications specialists in a distributed, AI driven work environment. + Integrated Marketing Execution: Oversee campaign and AI enabled asset development, web/digital design, social and paid media activations, and customer communications. + Client Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to client marketing, communications, and customer experience leaders, balancing creativity with regulatory requirements. + Practice Growth: Play a key role in building our West Coast marketing capability, shaping team culture, attracting talent, and developing new offerings. + Innovation: Apply AI-driven marketing tools and approaches to accelerate creativity, content production, personalization, and campaign effectiveness. + Quality & Compliance: Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and high levels of creative excellence. Qualifications: u00b7 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, creative leadership, or customer experience roles. u00b7 Proven track record leading creative strategy and execution for regulated industries (energy, utilities, financial services, or healthcare preferred). u00b7 Experience managing large global teams in distributed, hybrid, or offshore/onshore models. u00b7 Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on creative direction. u00b7 Expertise across campaign development, digital/UX design, branding, social media, and paid media activation. u00b7 Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into compelling creative solutions. u00b7 Passion for mentoring and developing marketing talent. u00b7 Curiosity and/or experience in AI-driven marketing and creative technology. u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; advanced degree a plus. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,00 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
