Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator at Scientific Research Corporation (SRC), you will play a key role within the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), supporting Department of War (DoW) initiatives.Job Duties:Configuring process automations and user interactions using Flows, managing user access, profiles, and permission sets, and conducting data audits to ensure system-wide data integrityDeveloping advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making, while collaborating with CSIT Support and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutionsProviding training and documentation for end usersMonitoring system updates to implement relevant featuresMentoring junior administrators to foster team growth and capabilityThis is a hybrid position which may be adjusted based on customer requirementsInfrequent travel may be required#LI-SF1Two to four (2-4) years of Salesforce administration experienceProficiency with Salesforce configuration, administration, and automation toolsExperience with automation, validation rules, and workflowsStrong data management and reporting skillsFamiliarity with security controls and compliance requirementsSalesforce Certified Administrator requiredExperience with third-party integrations and API usage, a plusLeadership and mentoring abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities effectivelyStrategic thinking and problem-solvingSalesforce certifications in: Platform App Builder; Platform UX Designer, AI Associate; Agentforce Specialist desiredExperience delivering Salesforce solutions to meet customer needsExperience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Marketing CloudExperience with any of the following a plus: VS-Code, GIT, SF CLI, Jira, BitBucket, or ConfluenceSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVELSome travel, 5% to 10%Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
