You’ll focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. If you're passionate about mentoring teams and driving results, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Lead a national team of service technicians, focusing on performance, safety, and customer satisfactionConduct performance reviews using service metrics and technician feedback to support developmentOversee service vehicle fleet operations and drive cost-saving initiatives through efficient schedulingChampion continuous improvement projects and promote 5-S principles across the teamAn associate degree or equivalent technical educationSeveral years of experience in customer service and the building industryStrong leadership skills and completion of supervisory training (e.g., Situational Leadership, Coaching & Feedback)Deep understanding of window and door installation practicesProficiency in Siebel and other Marvin systemsExperience mentoring teams and setting departmental KPIsFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
