Must have Dental Office experienceTreatment Insurance CoordinatorLocation: Advanced Dentistry of South Florida - Delray Beach, FLSchedule: Full-TimeSummary:We are seeking an experienced Treatment Insurance Coordinatorto oversee all financial interactions with our patients. This role is vital to ensuring transparency, trust, and efficiency in the treatment planning and payment process. Our doctors and patients expect an important level of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through. You must be able to confidently present complex treatment plans, explain insurance benefits clearly, and maintain airtight financial documentation, all while creating five-star experience for our patients.Key Responsibilities:Present treatment plans with confidence, empathy, and transparencyTranslate complex insurance benefits into plain language.Submit pre-authorizations and predeterminations promptly and accurately.Set clear financial expectations upfront.Build trust during financial discussions.Document all financial conversations in the patient record.Monitor active cases to ensure treatment is progressing toward completion.Follow up on unscheduled treatments, track remaining benefits, and re-engage patients.Coordinate seamlessly with the scheduling coordinator and billing team to maintain alignment on patient care and revenue flow.Billing Compliance & DocumentationEnsure accurate posting of procedures in Dentrix based on completed treatment.Assist with correct coding and benefit application.Maintain meticulous financial notes and backup documentation for each patient.Communicate with external billing teams as needed to resolve inquiries and disputes.Patient Experience & CommunicationDeliver a calm, confidentapproach to financial conversations.Help patients understand the value of treatment, not just the cost.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy in all patient interactions.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in dental treatment planning, insurance verification, or patient financial coordinationProficiency in Dentrix, insurance portals, and digital patient recordsStrong understanding of CDT codes, PPO breakdowns, and dental terminologyExceptional communication and critical thinking skillsMeticulous and deadline driven.Preferred:Experience in amulti-specialty or concierge dental practiceBackground working with complex cosmetic or full-mouth reconstruction cases.Familiarity with flexible payment solutions or financing platformsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate based on experience.Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsPTO, paid holidays, and CE opportunitiesWork alongside a top-tier team in a gorgeous, modern office.How to Apply:If you’re a confident communicator, financially meticulous, and take pride in helping patients say “yes” to treatment, we would love to meet you. #LI-SM1Be part of our journey to shape the future of dentistry.
