You’ll thrive in a focused, less hectic shop environment while tackling high-precision TIG welding projects instainless steel and aluminum—and have three full days off to recharge.Shift:Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM (with a paid lunch break).You’ll weld and fabricate components from blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings usingGTAW (TIG)processes. Candidates should behighly skilled and proficient in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum, maintaining tight tolerances and exceptional weld appearance.Tiered levels allow you to advance based on certifications, skill mastery, and the complexity of projects you take on.
