We are seeking a Sr. Executive Operations Manager with a track record of success to join our growing service team! The Sr. Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, acting as a strategic hub for executive priorities, meeting architecture, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. This role combines executive support with operational leadership, overseeing culture initiatives, onboarding, internal communications, brand support, facilities management, and CEO-led projects. Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Strategic OperationsProvide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, including calendar management, complex travel coordination, confidential correspondence, and preparation of materials for meetings and events.Act as a strategic hub for CEO priorities, meeting architecture, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring the executive office operates effectively as a central point for key initiatives.Anticipate and prioritize the CEO’s needs by managing competing priorities, researching and resolving issues proactively, and following through on time-sensitive matters.Serve as a gatekeeper and ambassador for the CEO’s office, balancing access while fostering opportunities for strategic interactions and maintaining trust and confidentiality.Internal Coordination & EnablementSupport the operational flow of key projects for the CEO and five direct reports, ensuring alignment across their departments and initiatives.Partner with senior leadership to plan and prioritize organizational initiatives, maintaining efficient workflows and driving execution of company-wide goals.Culture & Onboarding LeadershipLead employee experience programs, onboarding, internal communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and alignment efforts tied to the CEO’s vision (non-HR related).Plan and manage logistics for internal events, Town Halls, and all-staff engagement activities that reinforce company culture.Marketing & Brand SupportAssist the Sales and Marketing team with internal brand initiatives and creative client-focused activities.Oversee all client and prospect marketing activities, including budgeting for CEO-related travel and events.Facilities Oversight & Company SupportOversee daily office operations, including supplies, mail, shipping, and equipment maintenance.Proactively address staff needs and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.Serve as the primary liaison for building and facilities-related issues, coordinating with service providers and ensuring a professional, welcoming work environment.Special ProjectsSupport CEO-led initiatives such as reorganizations, company rollouts, culture campaigns, and community support programs.Communications & OutreachMaintain up-to-date CEO and Senior Leadership bios and respond to requests for executive materials.Draft, edit, and finalize communications for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.Manage outreach initiatives including internal communication plans (e.g., global business holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, new hire announcements), community engagement efforts, and company committee participation (e.g., Sustainability).Other duties may be assigned.Your Wellness is our Focus:Medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependentsEmployee assistance programs focused on mental health.Access to a licensed therapist 24/7Wellness programs with employee perksFinancial Wellbeing:Generous 401(k) matching retirement plansPre-tax savings plans, HSA & FSAEmployee assistance programs focused on financial wellbeing.Earning potential can be up to $118k.Flexibility and Time Off:Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holidays, and disability leave.What You'll Need:SkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detailVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, Atlas World Group, clients, and suppliersExpert-level written and verbal communication skillsProactive problem-solving approach with sound decision-making capabilitiesHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to work effectively independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentForward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to improvementDemonstrated ability to manage travel schedules and budgets with attention to cost efficiency and accuracyExcellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Teams, Smartsheet, and other collaboration toolsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required7+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadershipProficiency with productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe, DocuSign, and SmartsheetAptitude for learning new systems and technologiesOur Promise to You:We want you to grow with us, so we are committed to the continuous development of our employees.
