Tradesmen International is immediately hiringskilled Control Systems Instrument Technicians for projects located in and around Lathrop, CA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $35-40/hour based on experience & skill level. If you are a Control Systems Instrument Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Installation, configuration, calibration, troubleshooting, & maintenance of instrumentation & control systems Support groundwater treatment operationsWork with complex process monitoring systems, SCADA Integrated controls and specialized analyzers used in environmentalremediation & water quality managementWork with ultrasonic level transmitters, transit time and doppler flow meters, pressure and differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, etc. Interpret & modify PLC programs primarilyallenbradley and schneider electric platformsto support system upgrades and diagnosticsMaintain and troubleshooting networked control systems including ethernet/IP and modbus TCP protocolsBend & install conduitPull wire and terminate electrical connectionsin accordance with NFC standardsSafely connect, disconnect, & tag out equipment and circuits for testing or repairApply mechanical knowledge to support the installation, maintenance, & repair of pumps, valves, actuators, & other process equipmentAssist with alignment, lubrication, and mechanical troubleshooting of rotating equipmentSupport startup and shutdown procedures for GWTPS in accordance with SOPSConduct firmware updates and calibrations on VFDS, HMIS, & telemetry unitsComply with site specific protocols and maintain safe working conditions at all timesMaintain calibration records, loop test certifications, & inspection forms per regulatory and internal QA/QC standardsDocument work activities, system changes, & safety observations in alignment with groundwater treatment systemsCoordinate with operations engineering and environmental teams to resolve system issues and implement upgradesMaintain radio and.or phone contact with site personnelOther tasks as assignedRequirements:Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, & PIDSExperience with SCADA systems, PLC programming, & Industrial InstrumentationFamiliarity with Ground Water Remediation Technologies includingAIRSTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
