Kimley-Horn's Huntsville, Alabama (AL) office is looking for Engineering graduate to join their Transportation/Traffic team. This is not a remote position.Perform traffic engineering and project management tasks to deliver a wide variety of transportation planning, transit, traffic engineering, safety, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) projects for many, diverse clientsAs a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactionsThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projectsYou will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationshipsYou will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractorsAn ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2026 in the field of Civil EngineeringExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesDetail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environmentAbility to work independently and as a teamAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
