Assisting on full life cycle projects Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectTranslating concepts and information into imagesParticipating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutionsAssisting with contract administration responsibilitiesCoordinating with a variety of consultantsEducation: Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is requiredCertification: Professional registration or anticipation of registrationExperience: 4+ years of experience required (in commercial architecture preferred)Technology: Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are requiredDisplay strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailingCandidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clientsAbility to collaborate in a diverse project team environment Confident presentation abilityCorgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
