Flexibility is a core component of our hybrid approach of treating patients in-person as well as via telemedicineFeel of having your own practice, but without the overhead & management of oneMindpath Health provides Front Office, Patient Scheduling, and Billing SupportWe specialize in connected care through in-person or telemedicine visits with a psychiatrist, advanced psychiatric practitioner, or therapistWe welcome our patients with respect and engage with referring providers, insurers, and partners in a spirit of positivity, collaboration, and accountabilityThe Importance of You - As the Regional Psychotherapy Director, you will be responsible for promoting the professional, clinical, and ethical values and standards to which all Mindpath Health clinicians are expected to adhere. You will provide consultation, leadership, and oversight for all clinical and administrative aspects of outpatient psychotherapy services in the region.Clinician Experience:Maintain high health care standards and accountabilityFacilitate clinician meetings and develop retention plansMonitor and improve clinician engagementClinical teaching and mentoring of clinicians when neededPractice Management:Use KPIs to measure and track clinical performance and accountabilityCollaborate with the Operations team to ensure excellent administrative support for your regionConduct regular chart reviewsMonitor care for general compliance with P&Ps of Mindpath Health and regulatory/licensing requirementsLeadership & Strategy:Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer on strategic clinical initiativesExperience supervising clinicians and other clinical staff, with demonstrated record of success in an outpatient or private practice psychiatric settingAssist in the recruitment and selection process for new cliniciansIdentify opportunities for improvement in clinical quality and develop action plansRepresent Mindpath Health at relevant eventsQualifications:Must be Fully Licensed Therapist or Psychologist within the State of CaliforniaAdvanced degree in mental health with 5+ years of experienceAbility to split time between clinical and administrative duties - 70% Clinical/30% AdminAbility to travel 25% within region or state*The salary range posted is an estimate based on the average earnings of our current clinicians. Actual income may vary depending on factors such as production model results, hours worked, ramp-up time, and individual experience and licensure.
