BrightView is seeking an CenterDirector tofacilitatethe clinic workflowand leadthe daily operations of our treatment facility collaborating withmedical, behavioral health, nursing, andoperationsprofessionals.In this pivotal role,in conjunction with regional and company leadership,youwill overseethe treatment center, ensuring an exemplary patient experience in addiction medicine while fostering a collaborative and team-centric environment.If you are interested in serving others and being an instrumental part of a high performing team,we invite you to join us in our missionand apply today!CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.Plans, leads, and delivers regularteammeetings.PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND CARE DELIVERY:Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.Identifiesandfacilitatesresolution of issues and conflicts within the center.Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training.PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance.Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts.COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS:Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams.Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner.Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.COMPLIANCE AND TRAININGSFollows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.Responsible fornew staffonboarding and training.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIESDemonstrated management and leadership capabilities, ability to build a team-centric environment withcolleagues.Able to cultivate collaboration amongst staff in a multidisciplinary healthcareenvironment.Competent at working with a diverse population of colleagues andpatients.Natural problem solver,looks for solutions to best meet patient and teammate needs with a sense ofurgency.Consistentlydemonstratesprofessionalism and gracefully manages conflict, setting an example forstaff.Adaptable and agile within a dynamic work environment.Excellent verbal, written, and presentationskills.Highlyempathetic and compassionate to effectively support the recovery journey of BrightView’spatients.Embraces BrightView’s culture of compliance -operateswith a high degree of integrity and compliance to work standards and regulatoryrequirements.Prior experience with harm reduction a plus.EXPERIENCE2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree preferredBRIGHTVIEW HEALTH BENEFITS AND PERKS:PTO (Paid Time Off)Immediately vested and eligible in 401kprogram with employer match.
