Responsibilities:, Serve as Senior SharePoint Developer to implementing SharePoint and Information Management solutions. Responsible for Agile SharePoint development life-cycle. Interface with the customer, review departmental objectives, assess functional needs, propose and defend logical and creative solutions, and translate acceptable solutions into technical requirements for development. Establish technical vision for the development team; document and implement business rules and best practice approaches; and mentor team members. Analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance; and constraints. Facilitate working meetings to demonstrate and review progress, and identify and prioritize next steps. Document, design, manage and assist with development of solutions including: web content, collaborative portals, automated forms, complex process work flows, custom lists, sites, sub-sites, document libraries, and web parts and data connections.,
