This role will troubleshoot and resolve common user problems, escalate complex issues to appropriate resources, and serve as the liaison between end-users and the IT Development Team. This position is critical for maintaining high system uptime, user productivity, and overall ERP system health., Key Responsibilities for this role include:ERP Help Desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for ERP system issues, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, or ticketing system.Tier 1 ,2 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve reported ERP requests and problems, such as user access issues, transactional errors, or system failures.Issue Escalation and Management: Properly document, track, and escalate unresolved issues to Development Team or vendors.Assurance Testing: , Run through user scenarios to find bugs in new development.User Training and Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials to improve user proficiency and reduce support inquiries.Business Process Analysis: Analyze reported user issues to identify underlying process inefficiencies or training gaps.
