TechnicalSupport:Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting Panopto issues via the support ticket system.Monitor livestreams and provide tech support during events. OrganizationalDuties:Maintain an organized medialibrary and managed digital video release forms.Collaborate with teammates for hardware and system maintenance. ComplianceandQualityAssurance:Conduct quality assurance checks on client public content, ensuring legal compliance and technical specifications.
