Responsibilities Provides a positive and professional representation of the organization Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries via email or telephone Promotes a culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting, documentation and prevention. Responsible for clinical and clerical data entry. Ensure all clinical data is accurately entered into Laboratory information system. Enter and update information on patients and samples into laboratory information system. Resolve and document problems with requisition forms. Maintain proper filing systems according to CAP, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations. Maintain work area and all documents in compliance with protocols, SOP’s, CAP, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations or guidelines. Maintain work area in clean and organized condition. Responsible for reading and keeping up to date with all required SOP’s. Other duties as assigned.
