Please watch this brief video to find out if this is the place you want to be! **Associate Referral Reward Eligible** Job Purpose: Responsible for maintaining organization and standard processing procedure of seized and recovered electronic media from clients. Essential Duties: Receive and log all seized recovered electronic media into spreadsheets as well as ERIN (when applicable). Create proper documentation for all recovered electronic media including proper completion of chain of custody paperwork. Take clear digital photos of all seized Effectively handle biohazard Support the clients and departments within the business unit by communicating the status of inventory. Perform other duties as Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of computers, document management; internet; hardware and software troubleshooting; electronic mail systems, such as Exchange and Outlook; Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication Ability to work effectively in a team Minimum Qualifications: A diploma or GED equivalent is required for this Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Forensic, Business or related Possession of professional certifications and membership in professional associations is highly desirable. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
