Why we’re looking for youWe are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead a group of talented senior and staff engineers at Owner. Our ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who is very technically strong/hands-on and brings positivity and passion to their work and their teams.This is a remote role which can be based anywhere in the United States. For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area: we have a beautiful HQ in the Presidio, and we like to get together for periodic in-person collaboration!? Who you’ll work withThis role reports to our SVP of EngineeringThis role will partner closely with Design, PMs and various stakeholders throughout the company.You will lead a group of experienced and exceptionally talented engineers!✅ What we’re looking forAt least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech leadStaff-level (IC6+) engineering experience prior to shifting into a management roleExperience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talentExcitement around keeping coding skills sharp and jumping into the trenches with the team as neededExperience leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product features rapidlyVoracious learner. You consistently want to grow, master your craft, and scale yourself.Direct experience using AI in your everyday workMotivated by and extremely passionate about our mission to empower independent business owners.? Pay and benefitsThe estimated base salary range for this role is $220K-$250K, depending on experience and location.
