In this role, you will assist customers in selecting deli items while maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the fresh foods department. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with their selections of deli products, providing knowledgeable recommendations.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fresh foods department, ensuring all products are properly displayed.Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management, including restocking products as needed.Prepare and package fresh items for sale, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service and department efficiency.Stay updated on seasonal offerings, promotions, and product knowledge to better serve customers.Requirements No prior experience required; we provide training! Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Willingness to learn about fresh foods, nutrition, and food safety practices. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
