Maintenance Tech/Janitor

Janitor We are looking for a detail-oriented janitor. This person must be reliable and a self-starter. This person would have minimal supervision with the expectation that they complete a list of tasks on each shift. Are you looking for part time, or varied hours? This may be the position for you! Janitor Job Highlights: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards Clean public bathrooms Pick up and put garbage where it belongs May require shoveling of snow at entranceways and sidewalks Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Notify appropriate personnel if any complaints or disturbances are reported Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices What We Look for in a great Janitor: Proven experience as a cleaner Dependability - Commitment to working every scheduled day Must pass a Background Check Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working quickly without compromising quality Knowledge of English language High school diploma This position is part time. Located in Durango Pay is $17.00 an hr. Benefits: Accrued sick leave and optional medical benefits provided by Express Employment. Schedule: Business is open 7 days a week. 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 11am-6pm. Schedule will vary. Location: Durango, CO
