Description We are looking for a creative and dynamic TikTok Creator to join our team and produce engaging video content for our platform. This is a long-term contract position based in Orlando, Florida, where you will have access to a fully equipped studio to bring your ideas to life. If you have a knack for storytelling, enjoy connecting with audiences, and know how to make compelling TikTok videos, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: u2022 Design and execute creative concepts for TikTok videos that resonate with the target audience. u2022 Host and manage 3-4 live TikTok sessions per month, ensuring high levels of engagement. u2022 Utilize provided studio equipment effectively to produce high-quality video content. u2022 Collaborate with guest participants, such as subject matter experts, to enrich live sessions. u2022 Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas to maintain a strong and appealing TikTok presence. u2022 Coordinate with the TikTok Shop Manager to align live sessions with promotional strategies. u2022 Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality. u2022 Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into your content strategy. u2022 Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to refine future content. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in creating engaging content for TikTok or similar platforms. u2022 Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas. u2022 Familiarity with using advanced video equipment and studio setups. u2022 Excellent communication skills, particularly for live sessions and collaborations. u2022 Knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience preferences. u2022 Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with team members. u2022 Experience hosting live sessions or events is a plus. u2022 Based in or willing to commute to Orlando, Florida, for studio work.
