As a Sales Director for ourLarge Market Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in driving growthand establishing our presence in the large market, including Fortune 500companies, public and federal sectors, and strategic partners. Yourprimary responsibilities will include: Business Development: Generatenew contracts and sales leads, leveraging relationships with largebenefit-consulting firms, benefit brokers, and direct clients. NationalSales Execution: Expand our reach on a national scale by establishingand nurturing relationships with large benefit-consulting firms andbrokers of large employers. Ensure they are informed and engaged withour service offerings. Customer Engagement: Identify potential customersand generate leads, maintain strong relationships with company contacts,and communicate new product or service developments to customers. SalesPresentations: Deliver compelling presentations by creating persuasiveproposals. Event Participation: Represent the company at conferences andnetworking events to build brand awareness and generate businessopportunities. Proposal Management: Lead the development and submissionof Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring timely andhigh-quality follow-up on new business opportunities. Strategic AccountPlanning: Proactively lead a strategic account planning process for keyaccounts, developing performance and financial objectives for eachaccount to ensure long-term success and growth. Positional Competencies:Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strongrelationships with large national benefit consulting houses andbrokerage firms. Strategic Selling: Demonstrated strategic sellingskills with a track record of meeting or exceeding consistent,quantifiable sales goals on a national level. Performance Excellence:Ability to meet and surpass performance expectations for leading andlagging indicators to drive sales results effectively. Prospecting &Lead Conversion: Skilled in executing hunting and prospectingstrategies, including the successful conversion of leads. ProfessionalPresentations: Expertise in creating and independently deliveringprofessional presentations to various employer groups, including C-levelexecutives, consultants, and brokers. Communication Skills: Exceptionalinterpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, includingstrong listening abilities.
