A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative EHSProfessional to support our Environment, Health & Safety operations with astrong emphasis on administrative functions, project-specific planning, andcross-functional stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for someone with apassion for safety systems, data integrity, and continuous improvement that canfoster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across operationscreating a safe working environment throughout the organization HowYouu2019ll Make an Impact u2022 Lead investigations of EHSincidents and near misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and follow-upactions and plans to prevent recurrence. Monitor and report on EHS performancemetrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement onworkplace safety and environmental performance. u2022 Conduct routine EHS audits at operational sites. Collaborate with field teams to identify unsafe conditions, behaviors,and compliance gaps. Document findingsand ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions. u2022 Develop and implementcorrective action plans in response to audit findings or incidents. Track and verify the effectiveness ofimplemented solutions. Support rootcause analysis and risk assessments. u2022 Partner with the QualityManagement and Training Operational Excellence (OE) team and EHS OE global teamto align EHS and quality initiatives. Serve as a visible EHS presence in the field, building trust and rapportwith operational teams. u2022 Capture and communicatelessons learned from incidents, near misses, and audit outcomes. Promote knowledge sharing across teams toprevent recurrence. Contribute to the development of EHS policies andprocedures. u2022 Encourage open communicationand reporting of safety concerns. Championinga proactive safety culture through leadership and example. What You Bring u2022 In-depth knowledge of EHSregulations, standards and best practices. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, andindustry-specific regulations. u2022 Excellent communication -verbal and written u2013 and interpersonal skills to engage and influencestakeholders at all levels. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with the ability to make data driven decisions. u2022 Proficiency in Enablon orsimilar EHS management software. u2022 Minimum 3 years ofexperience in EHS roles, preferably in energy, construction, or industrialsectors. u2022 Ability to travel frequentlyand work in outdoor/industrial environments. u2022 Applicants must be legallyauthorized for employment in the United States without need for current orfuture employer-sponsored work authorization.
