Research Coordinator - School of Humanities and Sciences 1454022 * Hourly pay: $25/hr * Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Hybrid) * W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 10 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment, Possible extension or conversion A leading technology company seeks a Research Coordinator - School of Humanities and Sciences. The successful candidate will participate in and assist in a research study examining brain development from infants to children to adults. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment! Research Coordinator - School of Humanities and Sciences Responsibilities: * Provide various forms of research-related support, including recruitment, running, and payment of human subjects, data maintenance, and data analysis. * Duties also include running and processing behavioral and imaging experiments, and coding data for computer entry as well as generating stimuli and coding experiments. * Participate in scientific writing and presentation of study results. * Perform multiple long, late-night scans per week and occasional weekend scans. Research Coordinator - School of Humanities and Sciences Qualifications: * 1 year of experience with conducting MRI scans, working with children and infants, analyzing MRI data, and writing scientific reports. * A four-year college degree in either biology, pre-med, neuroscience, psychology, or a related field is preferred. * Interest in a career in psychology, medicine, neuroscience, or childhood development. Shift: * Part-time - 10 hours per week. * The shift will depend on scanner availability, mostly after 4 pm and weekends, which can be discussed over the interview. * The hybrid modality will be discussed during the interview.
