The candidate will be a part of the early stages of this high visibility effort and help build a sound foundation to ensure the projects continued success.Responsibilities:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution ofproblemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification,diagnosis and resolution of problemsProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring andproblem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobiledevices, etcProvide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customersOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planningProvide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systemsProvide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated ticketsProvide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution processConfigure and manage UNIX, Windows, and/or Linux operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performanceRequired Skills:Windows, Linux, and/or Unix experienceSaltAnsibleVMWare AdministrationExperience/Education:Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.5+ years of System Administration experience (level will depend on total years of experience)Clearance:TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
