Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Social Service Designee is responsible for the coordination and direction of the social service program of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Identifies the medically related social and emotional needs of the resident and arranges for the meeting of these needs through individual and group social service programming and appropriate referrals to outside social service agencies, community resources and professional services.We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.Compensation Philosophy: We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience.Social Service Designees who possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification earn a higher rate of pay. Compensation range: $20.39 - $29.07 without a CNA$23.46 - $33.45 with a CNAAvailable shifts:Day ShiftsExperience:Prefer long term care experience and use of Point Click Care for chartingEducation:Social Service Designee Certificate within three (3) months of hire.
