Our emergency shelter program serves men and women facing homelessness, providing not just a place to stay — but a supportive community that helps guests take the next steps toward stable housing and lasting independence.We’re seeking a Shift Supervisor who’s ready to make a difference every day. This role is perfect for someone who leads with compassion, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is dedicated to helping others rebuild their lives.What You’ll Do:As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on your shift — ensuring smooth shelter operations, guiding your team, and supporting guests with empathy and respect.
