Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines.As a Multisite Leasing Manager - Multifamily with Hines, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, pricing, advertising, sales activities, vacant unit availability, ready status of vacant units, resident relations and leasing team members for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead leasing performance of multi-site class A high rise buildingsActively participate in the leasing process from leads to move-in of new residentsSupervise and manage the property’s leasing team membersEnsure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising, and sales activities as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancyUse and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenuePartner with the maintenance team to make sure the property’s and apartment homes’ appearance and safety is up to Hines Residential’s standardsReview and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performancePartner on the lease renewal process, actively monitor renewal progress and communicate regularly with residentsBecome a point of reference for any questions residents may haveProvide pricing strategies and recommendations daily and weeklyDevelop leasing professionals on best practices for tour experience, lead management, follow up techniques and closing dealsPartner with Community Manager’s for weekly and monthly reporting needsMinimum Requirements include:High school education or equivalent from accredited institutionFive or more years of experience in residential property management or related industryThree or more years of residential leasing experienceTwo or more years of supervisory experienceMust currently hold or obtain a real estate leasing agent license for the state of IL within 120 daysIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with pricing revenue managementExperience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWork indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the timeUse olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarmsOn occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openingsAbility to lift up to 25lbsThough occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disastersTransfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriateAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysCompensation: $85,000 - $90,000At Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by our by our belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
