Holt is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team.Primary Job Functions: Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company’s philosophy ofcaring for the customerin a manner that leaves a favorable impression.Requirements:One year of experience needed.Certification from a technical school a plus.Maintain high safety and quality standards.Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.Meet requirements of pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment physical, maintain a valid driver’s license and provide an MVR that is acceptable to our insurance company.Compensation:Hourly Pay based on $20-$30 per hour.
