This role will be responsible for all aspects of the establishing, growing, and running the Electrical Department. This individual must have adequate experience in all areas of the electrical trade, be a sales driven professional and be able to motivate, train, and coach those within their team.Our company has a great reputation and a large established customer base. Come join an awesome family environment and be part of a management team that cares.Base Pay: $75,000 - $100,000/ YearSalary + Uncapped Bonus (Total annual comp target $110,000+)**Variable Bonus paid Quarterly**Location:Lowell, MI 49331BenefitsMedical, Prescription, Dental, VisionDisability & Term Life Insurance401K benefits with company matchOn-going training, development & growth opportunitiesPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffJob Duties:Developing vital aspects of the Electrical Department, such as truck stock inventory, service pricing, team organization, and department offeringLeading and training of electrical team membersOverseeing all day-to-day operations of the electrical department and working with other departments to achieve goals and revenue performanceDevelopment of key metrics and reporting of team performanceSupervision of all electrical jobsHandling customer satisfaction requestsHandling permits and inspectionsDriving and coaching sales of the all ElectriciansAs needed, willing to supervise large projects in the field and work with customers and technicians to quote large sales projectsREQUIREMENTS:3+ years ofResidential Electrical Management Experience.At Least at a Journeyman Electrical License (Required)Residential Electrical Sales Experience.Nexstar training or similar.Must be able togrow, lead, and train a teamof electricians and effectively work with other departments and managers.Knows how to run P&L, reports, meetings, numbers, etc.Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.Valid driver’s licenseKnowledge of computer systems and software.Excellent leadership skills and the drive to succeed and grow the department.Job Type: Full-time/On-site
