The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.USD $24.05/Hr.USD $24.05/Hr.A Center Store Team Leader is a responsible, friendly Team Leader who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while supervising and leading a team. Shifts may vary between early morning to overnight.A Center Store Team Leader’s responsibilities include:Assisting in leading and guiding a team during daytime hours - Ordering, rotating, and stocking product throughout the storeCreate first-rate store conditions by sustaining excellent in-stock conditions + facing standardsMerchandising and maintaining abundant store displaysOverseeing Safety and Sanitation throughout the storeProvide innovative ideas and act to grow Center Store businessAssisting in receiving shipments and deliveriesMaintaining a clean and organized warehouse and center storeProviding memorable customer service during daily customer interactionsDeveloping future leadersAll other related duties as assignedDesired qualifications include:Friendly and customer service oriented.
