Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being.Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—mayvaryby position.Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HEREto discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.- Accurately transports guests’ luggage to the assigned room following completion of the registration process. - Picks up guests’ luggage upon departure and transfers to proper form of transportation or delivers for storage. - Provides fast and flawless guest service by supplying guests with information regarding Hotel/Casino amenities, special events, and travel directions. - Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security. - Actively participates in maintaining a spotless and safe working environment. - Completes required room slip information and submits/forwards to the appropriate personnel. - Follows and ensures compliance with all established safety and security guidelines. - Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.- Must have the ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds assisted and possess the mobility and dexterity required to meet the demands incumbent to this position. - Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift. - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience as a Bell Person/Doorman preferred. - Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Must have strong organizational skills. - Ability to communicate written and verbal information effectively; must be able to speak and understand English. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.We’ve grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via ESPN BET™ and theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino®.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
