The Team Leadin Enterprise Technologyprovides direction,guidance,and instruction for a team of SystemEngineers and Admins. TheTeam Leadwill work with internal and external clients to maintain, analyze, and resolve technical issuesifthe team’s responsibility areas.This position requires amix oftechnicaland people skills, good operational experience,and outstanding customer relationship qualities.Supervise day-to-day operations of their team making sure everyone is pulling their weight, distributing the workload evenly while ensuring motivation and performance levels are maintainedLead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effortEncourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement amongst the team. Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance. Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issuesCommunicate clear instructions to team members and hold them accountable when goals and objectives are not metProvide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues and progress toward goalsCommunicatetobusiness clients, technical teams and management in a consistentmannermaking complex technical issues and solutions clear,simpleand understandableManage vendor relationships and escalate issues when appropriateDevelop and maintain documentation including server build docs, configuration standards and infrastructure architectureProvide capacity, performance,uptimeand security reporting as requested. Implement industry best practices in terms of availability planning, security, scalability, and change managementRequired:8+ years of experience in Information Technology in an enterprise environment2+years of experienceleading team membersA minimum of 3 years of experience with software project managementExperienced indeveloping,updating,andmaintainingprocesses and procedures for team members to follow or contribute toFull software life-cycle experienceCommunicates well both verbally and non-verballyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively and with minimal direct supervisionThis position requires on-site attendancePreferred:Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experienceStrong understanding of It Automation and configuration managementExperience with database designExperience in the mortgage industryExperience with TFS and SVNExperience in an Agile environmentExperience unit testingKnowledge of SOLID principlesReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
