The Team Leadin Enterprise Technologyprovides direction,guidance,and instruction for a team of SystemEngineers and Admins. TheTeam Leadwill work with internal and external clients to maintain, analyze, and resolve technical issuesifthe team’s responsibility areas.This position requires amix oftechnicaland people skills, good operational experience,and outstanding customer relationship qualities.Supervise day-to-day operations of their team making sure everyone is pulling their weight, distributing the workload evenly while ensuring motivation and performance levels are maintainedLead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effortEncourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement amongst the team. Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance. Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issuesCommunicate clear instructions to team members and hold them accountable when goals and objectives are not metProvide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues and progress toward goalsCommunicatetobusiness clients, technical teams and management in a consistentmannermaking complex technical issues and solutions clear,simpleand understandableManage vendor relationships and escalate issues when appropriateDevelop and maintain documentation including server build docs, configuration standards and infrastructure architectureProvide capacity, performance,uptimeand security reporting as requested.
