Across our five communities, you will oversee all aspects of grounds, gardens, and outdoor spaces to ensure a safe, beautiful, and sustainable environment that enhances residents’ quality of life and supports the community’s mission of making a compelling difference in the lives of our employees and residents.Key Responsibilities:Leads the planning, design, and maintenance of all landscaped areas across our five communities, including lawns, gardens, trees, walkways, seasonal displays, and exterior infrastructure.Balance strategic vision and hands-on management by supervising in-house teams and outside contractors.Manage budgets, coordinate with Facilities and Environmental Services, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Develop and maintain gardens, walkways, and outdoor living areas that reflect excellence and care.Build, manage, and mentor, a talented grounds team, fostering growth and craftsmanshipWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture; at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or campus settings)Leadership skills with a passion for teamwork and service excellence.Strong project management and design planning abilities.A creative eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.Education:Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.Our benefits and workplace flexibility are top-notch and include:Competitive PayProfessional Development and Advancement opportunitiesHealth, Dental, & Life Insurance401(k) plans with generous matchTuition ReimbursementDaily PayOn-Shift schedulingYour Work Matters!
