Pharmacy Technician TraineeAs-NeededFunctions as a Pharmacy Technician as defined by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners. Assists pharmacists in entering prescription orders, preparing and distributing drug products and maintaining accurate medication records. Must maintain a current Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration and be in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy. Must obtain registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician prior to the expiration of the technician trainee registration with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.Preferred:Experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy desirableExperience in a health care facility desirable
