Clinical Support StaffEmbark at Berwyn is looking for part-time Clinical Support Staff who align with our mission ofreducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join ourIOP and PHP clinic in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.Come join our team of empathetic professionals who are passionate about creating joy and healing generations together! Mental Health Matters!Hourly Pay Rate:$20.00 - 23.00 per hour DOEPart-Time:Flexible availability Monday - Friday, Morning and Evening hours (M, W, F availability preferred)Clinic operating hours: 8:30am -7:00pmLocation: 1031 Old Cassatt Rd Suite 100, Berwyn, PA 19312AsClinical Support Staffyou will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.Comfort with ages 12 - 18 yrs. of agePrepare and supply group roomsAttend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as neededEngage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staffMaintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent fieldExperience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. oldExperience working in a behavioral or mental health settingTeam player with a growth mindsetEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to pass a state background checkMicrosoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experienceEmbark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
