We're committed to helping you reach your professional milestones.A physical therapy marketing and sales representative promotes a clinic or its products by building relationships with referral sources like physicians and healthcare providers, and by enhancing the clinic's online presence through social media and other digital marketing efforts.Responsibilities include community outreach, creating marketing materials, tracking sales goals, and ensuring patient and provider satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Relationship building: Meet regularly with physicians, their staff, and other potential referral sources to introduce services and build a strong referral base.Community outreach: Plan, attend, and promote the clinic at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.Digital marketing: Develop and manage social media content, post regularly, and help create online campaigns to increase brand awareness.Sales and strategy:Set and achieve sales and new contact goals.Stay knowledgeable about the clinic's services and competitors.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans.Administrative tasks:Maintain records of referral information and sales activity.Track demographic data and provide regular updates on marketing activities.Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.Customer service:Assist with customer requests and coordinate with clinic staff to ensure requests are handled appropriately.Provide marketing training to clinic staff and directors.Preferred Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.Strong organizational and planning abilities.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often preferred.Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach is a plus.Highly organized and schedule drivenFlexible with daily tasks Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skillsBenefits for Full-Time Employees include but are not limited to:Medical/Dental/Vision insurance401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per checkPaid holidaysPaid time offCompany-paid employee life insuranceVoluntary life insurance optionsShort and long-term disability optionsUSD $25.00/Hr.USD $32.00/Hr.
