As a Maintenance Lead, youâll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.What Youâll DoPerform skilled mechanical maintenance, installation, and repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot breakdowns and determine effective repair actions.Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and welding/fabrication as needed.Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols, including lockout procedures.Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team.
