At Kimberly-Clark, weâre constantly exploring new ideas on how, when, and where we can best achieve results.Responsibilities ,Primary DutiesModel safe behavior at all times and actively participates in safety improvement activities.Identifies patterns of failures and ways to design out failures.Support the planning and execution of daily/weekly/and shutdown activities.Participate in cost effective decision making (for example/ labor, parts, and materials).Demonstrates collaboration by continually demonstrating adult behavior and actively participating in team activities to provide the highest level of service and equipment. , High-speed Equipment Troubleshooting, Maintenance and RepairWorking knowledge of Electrical Codes ,StandardsReading/interpreting blueprints, technical manuals.Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, shifts, and travel as neededThe ability and initiative to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with members of all departmentsThe ability to communicate (written and oral) effectivelyThe ability to adhere to Internal SOPsThe candidate must have proficiency with troubleshooting on production equipment. Electrical and mechanical processes are required in the facility on a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week rotating shift basis. This includes the ability to troubleshoot electrical components, machine drives (AC and DC), proficiency working with programmable logic controllers, power distribution, and motor sequence control and personal computers. Individual must be self-motivated, communicate well, and have the willingness to work under varying conditions. Individual must have the physical ability to perform manual labor, climb, bend, etc.
