Dedicated Operations Supervisor Position Summary: This position is for EPES Transport, LLC, a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The primary purpose of the Dedicated Operations Supervisor role is manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that Safety, Customer, and Driver Goals are met or exceeded. Driving profitability through contract compliance, expense mitigation, and business growth. This Positions is located in Coppell, TX and is an Onsite Position. Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30 pm. (and weekends as needed, Travel as needed to cover other projects) Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to align with service requirements, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs. u2022 Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in compliance with company standards. u2022 Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; collaborate with customers to resolve any discrepancies. u2022 Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns, escalating issues as necessary to maintain service quality. u2022 Partner with PTL to ensure all equipment receives timely preventative maintenance and necessary repairs. u2022 Implement and oversee company safety programs, including Smart Drive, High Risk Driver Reporting, and driver coaching initiatives. u2022 Other projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: u2022 Two years of relevant Transportation Operation Experience required, in a fast-paced environment. Operational Experience may be waived if applicable internal experience (ex: Admin). u2022 HS Diploma / GED required u2022 Intermediate computer skills u2022 Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job u2022 Intermediate Dispatch u2022 Intermediate geography u2022 Basic Finance understanding u2022 Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
