Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: + Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills. + Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues. + High school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
