Work on building a quality driven engineering environment that helps ship products rapidly and with confidence. 2. Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar. 3. Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across core Meta products and platforms. 4. Lead quality assurance efforts that align with product objectives and develop scalable solutions. 5. Help solve cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute impactful ideas to the improved quality. 6. Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signals and scale testing efforts across multiple products. 7. Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product. 8. Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 9. Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related field and 4 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation 10. Requires 4 years of experience in the following skills: 11. Experience in testing and debugging web or mobile applications 12. Utilize structured workflows, coordination frameworks, and task management methods for efficient cross-functional management 13. Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance and stress testing and implementing and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems 14. Use data-driven methods, structured protocols, and root cause analysis for effective insight and resolution 15. Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across core products and platforms with cross functional teams and stakeholders 16. Experience implementing and maintaining quality test automation for both mobile and web applications, AND 17.
