Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations for new hires, and termination processes. u2022 Ensure timely follow-ups with department managers to collect and manage HR documentation. u2022 Organize, print, and file employee records to maintain accurate and up-to-date files. u2022 Collaborate with the IT department to set up necessary hardware and software for new hires and handle equipment for departing employees. u2022 Verify employee eligibility through E-Verify and maintain compliance with I-9 requirements. u2022 Input new employee information into the organization's HR systems for accurate record-keeping. u2022 Create and manage job postings using the Lever platform to attract top talent. u2022 Welcome candidates and ensure interview arrangements are properly handled. u2022 Provide support for additional HR tasks and projects as needed. Requirements u2022 Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. u2022 Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. u2022 Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service in an HR setting. u2022 Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. u2022 Experience in onboarding, employee relations, and corporate recruiting. u2022 Knowledge of compliance requirements related to hiring processes.
