Description A luxury resort and hospitality management company in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking an organized Accounts Payable Clerk to support their finance department with invoice processing, vendor communication, and expense reconciliation. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional who loves a team-focused environment and wants to learn the ins and outs of hospitality finance. Responsibilities: + Process vendor invoices and ensure timely approvals. + Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts. + Assist in preparing weekly check runs and ACH payments. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. + Maintain accurate records for audits and month-end reporting. Requirements + 1u20132 years of AP or accounting experience. + Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with M3 or QuickBooks preferred. + Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
