Job Title: Day Shift Warehouse Associate Job Description Join our team as a Day Shift Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires working Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with mandatory overtime of up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities + Utilize RF scanners for picking, pulling, and stocking items. + Operate a manual pallet jack and handle lifting tasks of up to 50-75lbs. + Perform stocking and inventory management duties within the warehouse. + Maintain an organized and clean work environment. + Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory updates. + Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties. Essential Skills + Proficiency with RF scanners and RF scanning technology. + Ability to lift and move items weighing between 50-75lbs. + Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. + Capability to stand and walk for extended periods. + High school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with warehouse functions, especially stocking and RF scanner operations, is preferred but not required. + Experience with automotive parts is advantageous but not necessary. + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
