Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Sourcing Specialist II positions located in Mountain View CA 94043 Job Title: Sourcing Specialist II Location: Mountain View CA 94043 Payrate: $55.00 1st Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon u2013 Fri Description u00b7 As a Sourcing Specialist, you support outcomes for a talent ecosystem as a key contributor to meet hiring demand, making sure to build and execute against an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system. u00b7 You leverage your working knowledge of our talent sourcing processes to solve moderately complex staffing problems, collaborating on significant and/or unique problems, identifying and recommending creative ways to improve on solutions. u00b7 You manage pipelines and source candidates to address talent gaps, working across-teams in a particular area of the company. u00b7 You perform staffing analyses and talent assessments, and identify talent needs, partnering with recruiters to best determine how to meet them. Responsibilities include: u00b7 Support pipelines management and pipeline strategy development, anticipating and identifying talent needs to align to business goals, and developing multiple approaches and solutions to defined problems to advise clients on talent pools based on long-term sourcing goals, staying abreast of business and market trends. u00b7 Partner with recruiting teams and client to address talent acquisition needs across clients and/or profiles. u00b7 Using our sourcing process and tools, source and preliminary screen candidates from various channels inclusive of pipeline representation and process equity (e.g., online channels, employee referrals, recruiting events), reaching out to candidates to initiate recruitment conversations and understand their needs and interests with minimal guidance. u00b7 Use our sourcing process and tools, gather role requirements or recommendations to identify talent or develop active and passive pipeline. u00b7 Engage candidates based on business needs and candidate situations/expertise and gather insights on candidateu2019s skills, motivations, and concerns through interactions and engagement, build candidate trust to uncover and anticipate issues, advocate for the candidate to create an excellent experience and maintain a positive reputation for us staffing with minimal guidance. u00b7 Support process improvements on staffing by addressing root causes, provide input and suggestions for improving the overall team's productivity with minimal guidance. u00b7 Partner with key business, staffing and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to common DEI objectives. u00b7 Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in: u00b7 Data analysis & synthesis u00b7 Resource planning and headcount management u00b7 Candidate pipeline management u00b7 Employment laws u00b7 Sourcing knowledge u00b7 Product knowledge u00b7 Client/partner management u00b7 Staffing systems thinking u00b7 Staffing systems and tools u00b7 Networking u00b7 Client and domain knowledge u00b7 Interviewing u00b7 Industry knowledge u00b7 Our hiring process Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: u00b7 Sourcing for candidates to fill open technical positions, including conducting screening calls, to support the needs of the Technical Recruiting team. u00b7 Building passive pipelines of candidates along with candidate outreach to create a community of technical talent that can be engaged upon the opening of future roles within GFiber. u00b7 Direct ownership of some requisitions as a full-cycle Sourcer/Recruiter, owning the process from candidate outreach through interviews and offer negotiations.
