Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative-Funding (Tier II) to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. This role involves supporting accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and delivering exceptional customer service. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and fostering positive client relationships. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately enter data for invoiced purchases and prepare weekly accounts receivable packets, including reserve analysis. u2022 Monitor and analyze invoice activity to identify discrepancies or potential risks. u2022 Compile and share detailed reports with senior management, ensuring clarity and timeliness. u2022 Collaborate with customers and team members to meet satisfaction goals while adhering to company objectives. u2022 Manage and transmit accounting and payment reports, such as wires, aging reports, and subsidiary financial documents. u2022 Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction. u2022 Offer insights to management by analyzing client activity and providing feedback based on sound business principles. u2022 Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, organized, and efficient manner to support company policies. u2022 Participate in occasional travel for required training and maintain a strong understanding of company dynamics. u2022 Uphold teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Familiarity with payment processing systems, including ACH transactions. u2022 Ability to analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies or risks. u2022 Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. u2022 Knowledge of company policies and principles to support organizational goals. u2022 Capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage tasks effectively.
